Opportunity with an Startup Company funded by Sequoia Capital.  Candidates from Retail industry only apply.  Manage financial capital; communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to CEO, customers, Board of Director (BOD) and Investors.  Effectively manage Banks/Lenders, BOD and investor relationships  Lead financial aspects of potential M&A / Fund raise / IPO activity  Grow equity value - increase gross profit and optimize debt.  Ensures efficient capital expenditures and minimizes taxes  Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment.  Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capitat.  Define the financial strategy and annual budget process and the monthly reporting.  Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing  Business strategy.  Lead the Compliance processes for the organization including taxes, FEMA, Companies Act, RBI Guidelines, etc.  Develop and implement a risk management policy.  Establish processes for managing/finalizing customer contracts and timely/accurate billing.  Lead operational technology systems integration with financial systems efforts  10-12 years post qual. experience and relevant retails business finance experience.  Excellent written and oral communication skills;   Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams   Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities   Ability to manage stakeholders effectively  Self-motivator with a creative, innovative mind   Should have Strong leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.  CA / MBA
