Head of Finance/CFO

Location : Chennai

Position : Reports to CEO

- CA with 12 to 18 years experience from manufacturing/chemical industry.

- This position will be responsible for Heading the overall Finance function in a company with approximately Rs 250 cores annual turnover :

- Key responsibilities will be in Financial control, Financial Performance, cash flow, liquidity, IPO, direct and indirect tax, cost accounting and FP&A, MIS /Dash Boards, Board Meetings preparation

- Experience or working knowledge of Fund Raising and IPO

- Maintain healthy relationships with banks

- Good commercial acumen in dealing with financial decisions and marketing pricing decisions

- Collaborate and Work closely with the key business stakeholders on financial related matters.

- Develop Annual Budgets, Annual Business and Operating Plans .

- Financial controls, audits, annual budget planning ( long term and short term ) and compliance

- Develop and implement financial control policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance.-
