Finance Head/Chief Financial Officer - Liquor Business

As the Head- Finance, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and running of all the financial activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. This exciting role is an integral member of the Executive Team with responsibility to shape the strategic and long-term financial direction of the business.

What you will do day to day?

- Be the driving force behind all financially driven activities and manage the team to ensure timely processes and reporting

- Develop organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives

- Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

- Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions

- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.

- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Managing outside relationships and represent the company to banks, financial partners and auditors, exploring fund raising options for the business
