Finance Head - ACCA/CA/CPA/ICAI - IT

Education and Experience :

Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA,ICAI) with at least 7+ years experience in F&A in finance department of a service organisation (preferably IT Services Org).

Knowledge and skills :

- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, implementing strategy and managing F&A, Intercompany Transactions, Budgeting, Taxation, Planning, MIS reporting etc.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Superior teamwork skills

- Strong business acumen.

- Good project management skills.

- Leads complex financial analysis for a global business or finance function, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.

- Provides leadership during implementation of business-wide programs and products.

- Ability to influence an entire business within a broad scope.

- Typically leads large and complex business or finance process initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- This is a leadership role for our client and will be a part of the leadership team for India. The incumbent will play a strategic, financial and operational thought leadership driven role along with the India management team. Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.

- You will help drive forecasting, planning initiatives, running with them to improve our business. In this role you will also mentor and develop team members, helping create a world-class team that goes deeper than just about anyone else in order to drive big results.
