Finance Head

1. Financial Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with our overall business objectives. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and drive strategic decision-making.

3. Risk Management and Compliance: Implement robust risk management processes and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks that may impact the organization's financial health.

4. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support day-to-day operations, investment opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives. Optimize working capital management and liquidity to enhance financial stability.

5. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning activities. Collaborate with department heads to establish budgetary targets, monitor variances, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve financial objectives.

6. Strategic Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives to assess their financial viability and impact on the company's bottom line.

7. Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the organization's evolving needs. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the finance department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in progressively responsible finance roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

- Thorough understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks

- Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
