Finance Executive - M&A

Department : M&A

Activities :

- Preparation of MIS for acquired entities, review and present to management - monthly

- Preparation of CXO report and present to management - monthly

- Interacting with local finance of acquired entities and managing quarterly and yearly audits

- Planning and executing Budget on an annual basis of acquired entities

- Streamline acquired entity financials and MIS reporting to that of US GAAP and Quest standards

- Track cash flow

- Work with core M&A team in DD and findings.

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant/half CA - 2-3 years

- Graduate with good experience 5 year plus
