Job Description :
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization strategy, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Would be responsible for Requirement Gathering, mapping as is process and documenting requirements.
- Configuration of Anaplan / Hyperion Fianancial / Hyperion Planning application components, including databases, rules and process management modules.
- Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security.
- Leadership of individual work streams associated with a Hyperion/ Planning implementation.
- Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities.
- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates with 1-8 years of experience in Hyperion Financial/Planning, Hyperion PBCS & Consolidations.
- Strong Hands-on experience in Hyperion particularly for Hyperion System (To do Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting)
- Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reports/Web Analysis and Strong Hands-on experience on data conversion tools including DIM (Informatica), FDQM, or Oracle data integrator (ODI)
- Working knowledge of and/or experience with ETL tools.
- Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, flow charting and database applications.
- Minimum of one Hyperion Financial/ Planning implementation is preferred.
- 80-100% travel is required for this position.
- One to three years of experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes.
