Role-Finance & Due Diligence (Would be Global role)

Location - Bangalore (Currently WFH)

Job Description:-

- Handling financial due diligence engagements.

- Analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be acquired or sold through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.

- Hands on experience in Limited review, Internal, Statutory audit, Tax audit, preparation.

- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

- Prepare and update document request lists and management meeting agendas

- Participate in management meetings with the Target Company and discussions with the Client.

- Deal support, Due diligence, funding.

- Advice on regulatory and tax impact to start-ups

- Due diligence: Advisor, report

- Business Side diligence.

- Stakeholder management with tax, audit, legal ,VC, contractors
