Finance Director - Online Videos

Responsible for AP,AR and GL, ensure a smooth month end close and maintain full/accurate accounting record;

Responsible for deal with complex tax issues and ensure tax declaration completed in an accurate and timely manner;

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports, ensure all management reporting are completed in an accurate and timely manner, analysis as required;

Drive the budgeting and forecasting process;

Ensure proper cost management and budget control; alert regional management on budget overrun;

Coordinate external / internal audit and ensure proper document filing and audit trail;

Support local business with focus on business controlling activities;

Review all contracts and provide feedback/solutions to any arising dispute;

Undertake cash flow management to ensure keep proper fund;

Establish a strong and effective plant finance team, coach and manage the accounting team; ensure proper internal control and fraud prevention
