1. Responsible for all finance related tasks such as Reporting, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Tax, Business Planning, Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Legal and Administration in strategic as well as in tactical dimension. 2. Ensure implementation of compliance and SOX requirements in accordance with norms. 3. Provide Finance Reports and Insights to the Management Team for taking informed decisions to deliver on agreed Target. 4. Preparation and coordination of the long and mid-range financial planning. 5. Ensure financial supervision in context of sales and marketing measures. 6. Planning, analyzing and controlling of prices and costs and other important financial performance indicator. CA is mandatory (Plus CS or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage)
