About the Leadership Prgramme

As an organisation which is always looking to groom its next batch of business leaders, our client is running a specific programme for Finance leadership. This programme welcome Chartered Accountants from the batches 2014, 2015 and 2016 and attempts to put them through multiple different functional roles in 5 years spanning controlling, accounting, taxation, treasury and corporate finance. There will be roles focused on plant level activity including costing, budgeting and MIS, on corporate level activity including fund raising and treasury including and on specialised activity such as taxation. The individuals will be closely mentored to ensure all round development in softer aspects such as communication, management and leadership

Job Description

- Undertaking several projects to improve the efficacy and efficiency of financial reporting and management accounting

- Handling budgeting and planning for different business units and tracking of performance

- Devising costing strategy for multiple plants covering fixed costs as well as overhead costing

- Designing frameworks and templates for performance reporting to ensure adequate performance measurement

Ideal Candidate

As an ideal candidate you are a Chartered Accountant from the 2014 to 2016 batches with a stellar academic record and more than 60% in your Bachelors Degree. You have 1-2 years of work experience preferably in a manufacturing organisation in a costing/ planning/ budgeting role. You possess excellent communication and business partnership skills and are looking for a long term career in an organisation of repute.
