Finance Controller - US GAAP

Would be heading the following verticals - Billing, Accounts Receivable & Collections, Accounts Payable, Banking and Treasury Operations, Financial & Management Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, Statutory Audit Coordination.

- Experience of running Fin Ops in a SLAs and KPIs driven manner.

- Technically strong in US GAAP & IND AS accounting and financial statements preparation.

- Anchoring the monthly closing of financial statements and management reporting, GL Accounting etc.

- Excellence in implementation of governance and controls.

- Anchoring audit completion and liaison with Statutory Auditors.

- IND AS to US GAAP financials reconciliations.

- Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management.

- Handling Banking Relationships & Treasury Initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management and Cross Functional Collaboration.

- Empathetic leader & strong team management skills. Should have handled teams of 10+ team members.

- Experience in Oracle ERP.
