Finance Controller - US GAAP

Finance Controller | USGAAP | Remote

- Assist the Financial Director with day-to-day accounting operations, including overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including monitoring licenses and ensuring they are renewed on time.

- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets

- Overseeing payroll along with the HR payroll team to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

- Prepare financial presentations and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis.

- Develop and maintain accounting procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Assist with annual audits and tax filings.

Skills and competencies required:

- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance

- Prior experience working with USGAAP and financial reporting

- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

- Experience with payroll process and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and other financial analysis tools
