- Strong in Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance, Business forecasting

- Looking for someone strong in Business Partnering and Project Accounting.

- Monthly Closure of books as per Ind AS and MIS reporting within stringent timelines

- Preparation of budgets project-wise on a yearly and half-yearly basis and variance analysis on a monthly basis

- Cash flows - The set-up is fully decentralised and hence complete responsibility of timely payments and ensuring on-time collections, raise red flags if construction milestones not completed or sales not achieved as per budgets

- Tax optimisation - Ensuring maximum tax benefits is passed on to the company within legal framework

- Tax compliance both direct and indirect. Indirect taxes include Service Tax and Maharashtra Value Added Tax (MVAT)

- Ensuring compliance requirements of ICFR (Internal Control & Financial Reporting) as well as executing internal controls for departments like Sales, Projects and Finance (Budgeting and Revenue Recognition)
