Finance Controller - Technology Startup

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct and lead financial planning and budget management functions.

- Ability to help on fund raise and diligence, preparing materials, working with DD parties

- Drive the formulation of short-term and medium-term business plan for the management.

- Ensure fiscal discipline and operational efficiency by developing and implementing appropriate processes and systems in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.

- Monitor budget spending, department-wise on a regular basis.

- Develop and leverage financial relationships with banks, NBFCs, legislative and statutory bodies, compliance departments.

- Leading and coordinating effective MIS, Balance sheet Business plans, Budgets.

- Financial planning & forecasting, cost controls, Internal and External Audit.

- Monitoring & coordinating Audits

- Handling tax and secretarial

- P/L into relevant profit and cost centers, restructure balance sheet and set up a strong financial review mechanism.

- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.

- Budgeting & Risk Management Allocation of Funds (Capex planning, working capital management, and debt management), Annual Budgeting and Variance Analysis

- Responsible for facilities and asset management of the organization. Developing the operating budget.

- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the strategic plan.

- Lead and coordinate an integrated financial planning process which includes inputs from sales, products and operational expense units.

SKILL SET:

Atleast 2+ years of relevant experience in a VC funded start up
