Finance Controller - Startup - CA

Job Summary:.

A fast-growing robotics company is hiring a Qualified CA with 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Finance Controller for their startup that is building cutting-edge robotics systems for the globe.

You will get a chance to build, and execute sales practices as the company grows multifold in its team size.

You will be responsible for managing the company's finances right from the company's early-stage operations.

A Qualified CA.

Responsibilities:.

- Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, etc.

- Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with -internal and external teams.

- Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the company's growth.

- Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.

- Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models.

- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely closure of financials.

- Forecasting and budgeting/scenario planning, risk assessment.

- Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.

- Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational functions across the firm.

Requirements:.

- 4 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership.

Good to Have:.

- CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred.

- Working experience at a startup or manufacturing company (Preferably a startup manufacturing company).
