Finance Controller - Startup

Finance Controller | Series D Funded Startup | Delhi

- Manage day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department

- Coordinate with auditors to get statutory audit completed before time and provide recommendations for procedural and control improvements to the board

- Set-up strong finance and operational controls, automate manual controls, set-up SOPs and continuously monitor and improve them

- Cash flow management through continuously monitoring of receivables, payables, and other working capital items and ensuring timely collections and payments

- Hire, maintain, train, and develop a strong finance and accounting team.
