5-7 years of experience in running Shared Services organization (Mandatory) Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant Experiences : 10 - 12 years of relevant work experience Job Objective : - To ensure smooth functioning of aspects pertaining to enabling functions of co. by meeting all the deliveries as per the agreed terms and act as a single point of contact for any matters related to service delivery to BU's. Strategic Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Drive operations and perform as per agreed SLAs with business units, Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters - Drive co. agenda based projects &amp; provide timely updates to the Head &amp; ensure that the timelines/outcomes are met consistently - Governance in terms of MIS to be submitted in line with business needs and Identify areas/scope for process/system improvements - Identify areas to further expand the scope of co. services in terms of transition and quality - Prepare to-be design &amp; participate in the solution discussions with stakeholders to drive automation of processes - Proactively identify and mitigate risk to ensure defect free operations - Technology and IT Enablement Support &amp; UAT for new projects/robotics - KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organization) Domain Keys Result Ares Outcomes : 1.
