Job Summary:

One of a fast-growing robotics startup that is building cutting-edge robotics systems for the globe is looking to hire a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 8 years of work experience post Articleship for the role of Finance Controller. They are looking to add a team of thinkers, innovators, and doers that will redefine the way packages are handled and delivered across the globe. You will be responsible for managing the company's finances right from the company's early-stage operations and would be directly reporting to the CEO of the company.

Our client is revolutionizing warehouses and distribution centers by building the world's most compact, powerful, and flexible mobile robotics systems for the new age of warehousing. Founded in 2019, they are backed by marquee investors and angels. The Company is headquartered in Pune.

Location:- Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, etc.

- Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.

-Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth

- Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.

- Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models.

- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely closure of financials.

- Forecasting and budgeting/scenario planning, risk assessment.

- Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.

- Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational functions across the firm.

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership.

Good to Have:

- CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred.

- Working experience at a startup or manufacturing company. Preferably a startup manufacturing company.

Work type:- Work from office

Work schedule:- Monday - Friday

Salary:- To be decided post interview. Be rest assured, the compensation will be at par with market standards.
