Finance Controller - Retail/FMCG/IT - CA

Experience: CA with post qualification experience of 15+ years preferably from Retail, FMCG, CDIT

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the day to day operations of the accounting department

- Ensure that internal controls are adhered to as per the Company policy

- Create, document and implement new financial controls where required. Work with IT team to ensure that these controls are implemented in the ERP system

- Coordinate and work with auditors. Ensure timely and correct resolution of auditors queries.

- Responsible for handling Management reporting - MIS, Cashflow, financial statements ect

- Manage and Mentor the accounting team

- Keep track of the regulatory rules and regulations applicable for the company and change the required processes and systems when required

- Prepare the Tax computation for the Company

- Automation of multiple customer/retailer facing processes.

- Ensuring timely competition of all operations of finance (refunds, commissions, payments)

- Close coordination with Payment gateways and cross-functional team to ensure the smooth flow and reconciliation of collection.

Skills required:

- Strong knowledge on IFRS / Indian GAAP accounting

- Advanced MS Excel / financial modelling skills

- Sound Knowledge of taxation ( Direct and Indirect)

- Good communication

- Ability to lead a team

- Comfortable with ERP/ IT systems and willing to take lead for business improvement projects
