Finance Controller - Retail - CA

Looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant for a Retail Conglomerate.

Details -

- Will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control activities across the organization.

- Co-ordinate with all functions for relevant inputs for budget, long-term planning and rolling forecast of the financials.

- Maintaining cordial relationships with different departments while doing commercial evaluations of marketing schemes or other transactions and ensuring everyone is aligned to achievement of organizational goals.

- Evaluating, comparing cost with the existing norms and approving against budget

- Management of vendor and customer relationship by ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts and adherence to terms of business.

- Defining, negotiating final terms of payment.

- Day to Day monitoring of store running activities.

- Franchise Management

- Management of Store Capex Budget & Expenses for new and renovation; Closure of store and related activities
