A leading real estate focused Private Equity fund house is seeking to hire the undersaid Finance Controller Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the entire accounts and finance function for Bangalore - Review and monitor financial performance of the Company against the budget through timely reporting and appropriate financial analysis - Ensure finalization and audit of accounts; report on the same to the Board of Directors - Build robust internal controls and manage the internal audit process with the external auditors - Oversee direct and indirect tax functions including coordination with external service providers - Formulate and review accounting policies & procedures on a continuous basis - Develop a framework for budgeting, project accounting and establish regular financial reporting & project wise MIS - Ensure compliance to laws and all regulatory requirements - Coordinate with all functional heads for the speedy resolution of all financial issues - Coordinate with Corporate finance team of the group to ensure alignment Qualifications and Work Experience : - CA with a minimum of 12-14 years of post-qualification experience - Should be a leader + good team plater - Good SAP or any ERP knowledge - Problem solving, good communication skills, dealing with multiple tasks while working under pressure.
