Designation: Finance Controller - Reporting to CEO

Notice: Immediate Joiner OR shorter notice period

Relationships Handling:

External- Vendors, Auditors, Partners

Internal- Employees, Management

Motive:

The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities:

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of control systems in the Finance team.

- Ability to manage financial inflows and outflows at a group and entity level.

- Ability to talk to banks and other financial institutions in the process of raising and servicing loans.

- Ensuring the day to day operational requirements are met, within the required timelines with the help of the Finance Team.

- Ensuring the compliances of Taxes such as TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI & Such other applicable provisions.

- Development and preparation of monthly MIS within the timelines as prescribed by the management time to time.

- Ensuring the management of treasury and banking of both the entities.

Qualification & Competencies:

- Advanced degree in Accounting / CPA (Certified Practicing Accountants) or CA (Chartered Accountants) preferred

- Can be an MBA also, if MBA should be from a reputed college

- Work experience in the real estate industry preferred, Should have worked in company with a 100cr turnover
