Finance Controller - Real Estate - CA/CPA

Client Details

Our client is an Indian Real Estate company who specialize in luxury apartments and development. They are now looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to manage their finance function.

Description

As a Finance Controller, you would be reporting to the CEO of the company.

- Managing all finance and accounting operations

- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of control systems in the Finance team.

- Ability to manage financial inflows and outflows at a group and entity level.

- Ability to talk to banks and other financial institutions in the process of raising and servicing loans.

- Ensuring the day to day operational requirements are met, within the required timelines with the help of the Finance Team.

- Ensuring the compliances of Taxes such as TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI & Such other applicable provisions.

- Development and preparation of monthly MIS within the timelines as prescribed by the management time to time.

- Ensuring the management of treasury and banking of both the entities.

- Acting as coordinator with external and internal auditors and supplying of the necessary information and documentation.

- Acting as a controller for payments etc., which are subject to further approvals from management.

Profile

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance or accounts field

- 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

- Advanced degree in Accounting / CPA (Certified Practicing Accountants) or CA (Chartered Accountants) preferred

- Can be an MBA also, if MBA should be from a reputed college

- Work experience in the real estate industry preferred, Should have worked in company with the 100cr turnover
