Finance Controller - Real Estate

Job Description :

- Responsible for financial closure & performance analysis, designing KPIs, business dynamics.

- Overseeing cash flow planning and monthly submission to Corp.

- Responsible for the closure of books of accounts as per applicable GAAP (IndAS, UGAAP), overseeing year end and quarter end audits (9 audits yearly).

- Balance sheet reviews with leadership.

- Oversee quarterly Board meeting deck for Management review (Managing Director & CFO).

- Preparation of Annual Operating plans, Medium range planning (MRP), Long range planning (LRP).

- Review, analysis and finalization of monthly Store & Home Office P&L, all Balance Sheet Accounts and ensuring monthly closing and country level consolidation within the

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of activities done by Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation and Inventory Management.

- Reporting to global leadership in the form of a financial packet compliant with US GAAP

- Perform variance and gap analysis.

- Finalizing statutory financial quarterly/ yearly/tax year as per IGAAP & USGAAP, Liaising with Statutory & USGAAP Auditors and ensuring closure of all audit issues within the scheduled audit timelines,
