Finance Controller - Real Estate

- CA with 5-8 years, having handled controllership role

- Knowledge of SAP

- 15-18 lacs CTC

Job Description :

- Prefer local candidates immediately available.

- Experience as a Financial Controller

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Experience with creating financial statements, MIS Reporting

- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and financial forecasts

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
