Qualification : CA with 8+ years of experience Offer : 15lakh to 18lakh - Cost analysis and control, Working Capital and Cash Flow, Monthly Financial Statements, Account Payables. - Monitor the Accounting activities on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all Books of Accounts - Facilitation of audits with internal and external auditors, Periodic Reporting for internal purposes. - Assistance with Tax Computation, Return Filing, Income Tax and TDS. - Assistance in establishing financial strategies and goals for the organization - Seasonal and Annual Budgeting and Projections - Payroll computation and processing, Payroll database management, Grievance handling, Benefits / Statutory Dues computation (PF, Income Tax, Profession Tax, ESIC, Gratuity, Medical benefits, Insurance etc.) - Account Payables, Bank Payment Processing, Vendor database, payment cycles. - Centre wise analysis, event based cost reporting, Budget v/s Actual, Attendance and Payroll Reporting. - Oversee accounting through Tally, Invoicing and Bill Booking, Provisioning, Reconciliation of Ledgers, Assistance in finalisation of accounts, Bank reconciliations. - Detail oriented - Strong analytical skills - Experience using financial software - Advance MS Excel Skills
