Finance Controller - Pharma/Mfg

Designation : Finance Controller

Reporting to : CFO

Qualification : CA + ICWA With 12-17 yrs of Exp in Pharma OR Manufacturing Setups

Client : Indian Pharma Group ( Having Presence in India ,US ,Europe , Russia & Central Asia)

CTC Range : upto 45 lac

Profile :

- Co owning and monitoring company’s financial performance, budgets and funds to provide timely MIS/Variance Analysis / information to management to facilitate in decision making

- Providing direct control to the finance and accounts operations of the business

- Treasury management. Directing the allocation and the transfer of funds to various verticals of the company based upon their investment

- Accurate and timely error free accounting as per Indian GAAP / US GAAP with adequate controls, audited and approved by the board

- Coordinating with Auditors for Annual and periodic audits

- Providing strategic input to the business from a financial standpoint

- Ensure budgeting at organizational, unit and department level in sync with company objective (revenue, profits, costs, cash flow etc)

- Ensuring adequate finance discipline and controls

- Using financial systems, software, ERP etc. for quality output

- Provide service to rest of the company for smooth hassle free transaction processing

- Support various business units in terms of costing. Exercising adequate cost control

- Compliance to applicable statutory and legal requirements

- Analyzing performance and providing commercial support to sub-units within the organization

Skills and Competencies required

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

- Ability to create decision support MIS

- FOREX & treasury management

- Knowledge of prevailing accounting standards and ability of error free & timely accounting as per USGAAP and India GAAP

- Hands on knowledge using financial systems, software and ERP

- Strategic Orientation and Planning ability

- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliances

- Customer orientation

- Leadership and change management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire teams to produce quality output within tight timeframes
