Finance Controller - Pharma/Manufacturing/FMCG

FINANCE CONTROLLER

Key Resposibilities :

- Closure of books of accounts -Inventory Activities (Provisioning, Costing of inhouse/traded/co-packed/CMO products ,Profit Elemination, NRV testing, Reconciliation)

- Periodical Impairment Assessment of Intangibles Assets (Launched assets, Not Launched assets and Goodwill)

- Financial validation of In-licensing/out licensing deals detailed agreement reviews and detailed milestone tracking.

- Working with Inventory controller, SCM and Customer Service for COPE Analytics and Periodical Tracking (MOH, FEFO instances, Future COPE (incl Open PO), Shelf life and other initiatives)

- Working with Inventory controller and SCM for yield tracking of CMOs, Co-packer and quarterly inventory reconciliation of third party inventory.

- Monitor all the cost improvement projects (CIP) w.r.t BD/traded products, report the TVC savings.

- P2P efficiency metrics - on time payments, first pass yield etc.

- Lead the digitisation projects using RPAs and Dashboards.

- Working capital (DIO, DPO & DCO) - reporting, reviewing, and highlighting exceptions

- Support in adhoc requirements from front office finance.

Mandatory Skills:

- Working knowledge in IFRS, SOX documentation with an eye for detail. Very good Inter-personal and communication skills.Deductive Reasoning & analytical ability to connect the dots
