Client Details

Our client is a listed pharmaceutical giant and a part of Fortune top 100 companies. They are amongst the world's most renowned MNCs and one of the best employers. To support their growth plans they are looking for a very strong controller only from top bluechip MNCs and preferably from a Fortune 500 company.

Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for :-

- Preparing & Consolidating financial statements as per Companies Act / Finalisation of Accounts

- Supervising the accounting processes and internal controls

- Driving the checks for SAP process from a finance standpoint

- Supervising business units at an entity level with respect to overall financial controllership

- Co-ordinating extensively with external auditors to ensure smooth execution

- Managing taxation issues - both Direct and Indirect in consultation with Group Level Taxation team

- Driving compliance to ensure 100% adherence to norms internally as well as externally

- MIS & Reporting responsibility in conjunction with dedicated resource

- Handling of investor relations Data and MIS compilation to advise CFO on key decision making

Profile

Ideally you are a Finance controller with 10-15 years of experience working with bluechip MNC (preferably Fortune 500) in Pharma/FMCG/Telecom. You are strong at controllership and very thorough with finance fundamentals. Preferably you have had international stints in your career and have had a good career growth. You are bright, young, dynamic and has been consistently recognized as the top talent within your organization.
