This is for global business @ Basel(Switzerland)....Traveling to SZ would be there Role: To run several projects in advanced analytics/big data under finance department - Planning, analysis, budgeting, business finance Finance Job Description: - To run analyses of financials (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow) of RLBE/annual planning process, and actuals - To prepare and analyze periodic deliverables on business performances on Region / Affiliate / Business Unit / TA / Product basis - To analyze the full financial impact of strategic and tactical initiatives and provide analytical insights on top and bottom line growth and trend lines, analyze variances vs. various financial benchmarks. - To carry out SG&amp;A investment analysis, including budget and budget tracking, define spend category and allocation of spend to support various sales force, trade and promotional activities, ROI investment analysis on Affiliate/Region/Channel mix, recommending efficiency improvement opportunities and develop contingency plans. - Provide reliable, timely, and accurate financial information to enable effective decision-making - To carry out specific analyzes on a business case, scenario analysis, mitigation plan i.e Minimum Experience/Training Required : - We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or business accounting - Master's degree in Finance, Business Admiration, accounting or equivalent.
