Urgently looking for Finance Controller with a Company engages in procurement, trading, transport and management of petroleum products within Kenya and neighbouring regions.   Ideal professionals will be a CA or MBA with 3 to 10 yrs of Experience in Finance and accounting for group companies.  Location : Nairobi ( Kenya)  Bachelors will prefer.  Remuneration : Tax free saving potential around 4000 to 5000 USD Per month + Allowances + Accommodation depends upon   Job Responsibilities :   - Lead and manage the Finance function in delivering the whole spectrum of financial support to Operations.  - Supervise and monitor all operations and strategic finance functions   - Compliance of policies and procedures with financial procedures and practices to result in accurate financial reporting.  - Ensure compliance with applicable statutory & Group regulations in respect of accounting, finance, audit and tax for legal entities and all projects.  - Ensure reporting requirements laid down by Group and provide updates to the Board of Directors through board meetings.  - Manage all budgeting & forecasting  - Oversee overall treasury management for Projects through effective cash flow, liquidity and loan planning and management  - Support the management in maintaining an effective control environment and ensure that financial controls, policies and procedures are adhered to  - Liaise with the auditors and consultants in respect of statutory, internal audit, tax and financial matters
