Looking for candidates from Consulting firms with 8-12 years experience for a VC funded online jewelry start-up company in Bangalore.  - In-charge of preparing quarterly and annual projections, and forecasting business performance via long-term financial models, regular P&L review and pricing decision support   - Prepare monthly financial and operating MIS, and liaising with investors  - Close book of accounts every month. Ensure & monitor AP/ AR, cash flows, cost management & cash burn on a monthly basis   - Review all commercial contracts with financial implications, including negotiations with vendors, etc.  - Ensure all regulatory & tax compliance  - Establish & maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & internal audit guidelines.
