Finance Controller - Online Gaming - CA

Role and Responsibilities

LEAD THE FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AND STRATEGY:

a) Assist in Formulating the Company's future direction and business plan.

b) Develop & implement financial & tax strategies for the company.

c) Strong P&L management skills with the ability to balance short and long term objectives

d) Work with the management and business stakeholders to finalize the product pricing strategies.

e) Develop & implement stringent financial control mechanisms.

f) Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.

g) Build a strong Financial budgeting and reporting framework with periodic forecasts, plans and dashboards.

h) Advise the Management on the external landscape with respect to changing governmental legislation that potentially affects and/or changes the financial aspects of the organization.

i) Ability to manage ambiguity and reconcile diverse views in driving results

j) Become a business partner to the CEO/ leadership team with the ability to drive business growth

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. CA First Attempt experience.
