Finance Controller - Natural Resources (International Assignment)

We have a mandate with one of the fastest going growing conglomerate in South East Asia which is into consumer products, financial services & natural resources.

Position : Finance Controller

Location: Vietnam

1. Annual Budgeting, Quaterly Forecasting and Monthly Variance Analysis

2. Monitoring of Overall Business Metrics and reporting the variances

3. Maintain relationship with Lenders and manage loan covenants

4. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funders, development and monitoring of company budgets

5. Analysing and controlling Investments (Capex, Inventory, Client Receivable)

6. Reviewing Ops cost and making recommendations on efficiencies

7. Monitors compliance with VAS, IFRS and company procedures

8. Assures compliance with statutory and corporate policies, regulations and laws

9. Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits

10. Train the Finance and Accounting team and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management and operational matters.

Skills/Qualifications

- ACCA, CPA with 8-12 years of experience in Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas Sector.

- IFRS knowledge

- Preferable knowledge of SAP

- Exposure in Plant operations. ( *** Mandatory)

- Previous experience in Big 4 is advantage

- Age of candidates should not be more than 32 years ( *** Mandatory).

- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills ( *** Mandatory).
