Finance Controller - Medical Device Manufacturer

Job Title: Finance Controller

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Company: Leading Medical Device Manufacturer

Experience: minimum 10 years, PQE

6 Day Work Week, Work from Office

Reporting to: Founder

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Ensure financial controls and manage cash flows, monitor debtors and institutional funds.

- Design and supervise inventory controls and monitor costing.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

- Design and manage financial planning, delegation of financial powers, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.

- Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax and statutory authorities, and financial institutions

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings and holding of Board and Shareholders Meetings.

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial and statutory regulations.

- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ ICWA/ MBA/CPA preferred

- Proven experience as a Finance Controller in the medical device manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
