Finance Controller - Manufacturing Plant - CA

Finance Controller - Manufacturing\Plant (CA Must)- Hyderabad(3-5 years exp)

- Driving the OE savings Ideas : Preparation of monthly MIS and analysis of the major ideas, IL Status movement, developing various analytics e.g. Plan Vs. Actual, Idea status movements, Accrual status etc.

- Monthly/Quarterly/yearly financial closing activities: Accounting of financial transactions as per the accounting policies and guidelines, smooth closure of books of accounts as per corporate timelines, preparation of analytical reviews.

- Provide insightful analytics on SLA head count and benchmark within plants.

- Planning /Budgeting: Working with cross functional teams for detailed Budgeting and control of Opex at activity level.

- Trial Balance Review: Review of GL balances, ageing analysis, and work with cross functional teams for closure of pending items, complying with controller's forum requirements and ensure accurate representation of financial statements.

- Partnering and Support: Provide cost effective, simplified, and timely support to business teams in review of various agreements and arrangements. Support for financial terms, transaction structuring with various types of vendors. Working with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and achieve cost savings.

- GST related Matters: Coordinating with Corporate Taxation team on GST related activities.

- Statutory, SOX, Internal Audit and Compliance: Monthly closure of all activities/documentation as per SOX requirements; Engage with SOX, Internal, and Statutory auditors to support various audits and internal control requirements.

- End to end statutory compliance, closure related activities and preparation of financial statements of Dr Reddy's formulation Ltd.

- Automation and Process simplifications/improvement projects which will result in manhours reduction and generating insights for cost optimization.
