Finance Controller - Manufacturing Organization - CA Qualified

Note: We are looking for only CA qualified candidates with manufacturing companies exposure. Someone who can handle the entire gamut of accounts & finance with P&L management.

Candidate must be stable in Job. Frequent job changes will not be entertained.

Position: Financial Controller

Location: Delhi (Work from office, Alternate Saturday working)

Experience : 6-13 years

Industry experience required: Any manufacturing

Education: CA Qualified

CTC: 18-25 LPA

Max Age: 37 years

Must have recent working knowledge on Oracle ERP

Desired Skills:

- Banking, Insurance, Treasury and Commodity Knowledge.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- 3+ years' experience in a financial management position.

- Knowledge of processes and systems.

- Must have analytical as well as decision-making skills.

- Experience of working in cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

- Reviews financial reports.

- Banking Relationships and Banking Compliance.

- Monitors financial details to ensure legal & Statutory compliance.

- Manage a team of accountants under yourself.

- Knowledge of Direct and indirect tax.

- Dealing with Internal & External Auditors.

- Dealing with credit agency for rating.

- Understanding business needs and working on finance solutions to support the business - channel finance, vendor finance, export credits etc.

- Manage and control Interest Costs.

- To insure head-room adequacy for total borrowing capability.

- To develop long-term funding plan for all Business Units in line with Capex and Working Capital.

- To ensure Insurance adequacy based on Risk Assessment.
