Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

Job Description :

- Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process

- Prepare Monthly dashboards, MIS, Key metrics

- Perform variance analysis - revenue, rate, volume, product mix, gross profit, overheads

- Track actual working capital and capex spend against budget

- Develop costing process and tracking of budget vs actuals project margins

- Responsible for overall controllership activities

- Responsible for month end closing process, analysis of trial balance, general ledgers, journal entries, preparation of general ledger schedules

- Complete monthly close procedures

- Regularly review of payables and receivables

- Setting up and standardizing adequate internal controls across cross functional teams

- Help in documentation of standard operating procedures and monitoring of internal controls

- Periodic inventory and fixed asset verification

- Assist with ERP implementation and transition

- Lead internal and statutory audits

- Lead statutory and tax compliance requirements

- 10-15 years of similar work experience

- Manage internal and communication skills, team player

- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Must be a Qualified CA

Candidates having experience in manufacturing industries will be preferred.
