Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

Job Summary:

A fast-growing robotics company is hiring a Qualified CA with 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Finance Controller for their startup that is building cutting-edge robotics systems for the globe. You will get a chance to build, and execute sales practices as the company grows multifold in its team size. You will be responsible for managing the company's finances right from the company's early-stage operations.

Educational Requirements:

1. A Qualified CA

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, etc.

2. Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.

3. Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the company's growth

4. Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.

5. Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models.

6. Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely closure of financials.

7. Forecasting and budgeting/scenario planning, risk assessment

8. Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.

9. Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational functions across the firm.

Requirements:

1. 4 - 6 years of experience in the Finance Controller role

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

3. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

4. Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities

6. Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership

Good to Have:

1. CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred

2. Working experience at a startup or manufacturing company (Preferably a startup manufacturing company).
