Finance Controller - Manufacturing

We are looking for a Finance Controller for a German Based Manufacturing Company.

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Qualifications / Skills Required:

- M.Com/MBA(Finance) with CA

- Minimum 7 years- experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, planning, Audit and Automation

- Good knowledge of Accounting Standards, IFRS, ICDS, Banking Matters, Project Costing & Accounting, etc.,

- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, practices and procedures

Job Description:

- Formulation of long term strategic business plans.

- Assess and predict financial risks and returns.

- Preparation and analysis of reports such as P & L statement by BU- s, break even achievement, margin analysis etc.

- Prepare Monthly Accounts & other MIS Reports on a regular basis.

- Should work closely on Project cost estimates, monitor actual costs and prepare variance analysis on a periodical basis.

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

- Closely interact with auditors, government authorities, legal counsels, consultants & bankers on all matters including finalization of accounts, statutory compliances, etc.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in oral & written English.

- Strong exposure to Tally & other software & MS Office viz., Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a must.

- Exposure to ERP systems viz., SAP preferred.

- Excellent analytical & number crunching skills with ability to make presentations independently.

- Conceptually strong and should have an eye for detail.

- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing requirements and deadlines.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.

- Ability to engage and thrive in a cross cultural environment teams.
