Finance Controller - IT Services Firm - CA (12-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with good experience in Financial Controller for a private IT Services Firm.
Controller - CA with 12-15 years with good exposure in controllership, SOX. Would prefer some one from ITES.
Location : Bangalore
Qualification : MBA, CA, CMA (Top Colleges)
Job Description :
- Review of various schedules of balance sheet and income statement prepared by various teams within finance.
- Make presentation to department head on the findings and resolution.
- Keep a tracker on implementation of recommended solutions and publish a monthly tracker.
- Work with other teams on the implementation of recommended solutions.
- Review of local books reconciliation.
- Review risk and control matrix for all finance processes and update. Review the operating effectiveness of controls documented in RCM matrix.
- Review of various statutory compliance.
- Analysis of SG & A cost and make recommendations
- Attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior management are required
