Finance Controller - IT

We have an urgent requirement with one of our leading IT client based at Noida:

Title: Finance Controller

Reporting to: CFO

Responsibilities :

- Financial Planning and Analysis including Budgeting, forecasting, prospective planning and investor information

- Strategic planning for organic and inorganic growth initiatives

- Cost control through process improvement and controlling techniques

- Monitoring SOX and Internal Control framework for risk assessment and periodic evaluation

- M&A deal negotiation, deal assessment, due diligence and post-acquisition integration

- Treasury management including banking, fund mobilization and trade funding

- Merchant banking including IPO management and Public issue listing

- New Business set-up, feasibility study and implementation reviews

- Strategizing and Monitoring business performance and analyzing business risks

- Business remodeling for tax optimization and leveraging treaties

Key Must Haves:

- CA/MBA with 20+ years of experience in finance and should be able to handle the complete controllership role.

- Should have experience in leading IT services/product firms with experience in SAP platform.

- Financial and Management reporting including audits and periodic MIS

- Statutory, Regulatory and Tax Compliances

- Manage expectation of internal customers including Business units and Departments

- Manage external customers including Banks, FI"s, Auditors, Regulatory bodies, Tax authorities, Stock exchanges, Analysts, Investors, consultants & professionals bodies

- Creating shareholders value, strategic portfolio review, spin-off and business re-alignment activities

- Motivating finance teams, setting goals, achieving objectives and ensure corporate policy adherence

- Finance organization cost optimization through outsourcing and shared services management

- Motivated, self-starter and achievement oriented and excellent team building skills.

- Takes ownership and has positive result oriented style.

- Industry and vertical specific understanding of business processes and technology.
