About our Client - Our client is a foremost name in the health-care industry who are looking to transform the finance operations and strengthen it to support the growth and expansion of the company.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chairman, you will be heading the entire gamut of Finance and Accounting and lead a team of 5 to 7 people. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Transform Accounts from a manual to an automated environment so that future growth can be managed efficiently/effectively and business risk is mitigated .

- Transition team and department working style to a systems driven and performance oriented style .

- Lead and develop team of accountants in department and ensure robust control closure of books and statutory audit process

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA (first attempt) with at least 10 years of experience in Industry. You must be heading the Finance & Accounting function for a small to medium-sized company (preferably health-care or hospitality). You should have a experience of setting up processes and procedures, automation of accounting etc, with a strong hold on day to day finance and accounting operations.
