Finance Controller - Healthcare Firm

Candidate can be from anywhere from India, ready to relocate to Bangalore.

- Candidate should have good knowledge and experience of Finance, MIS, Budgeting, Consolidation, etc.

- 5 Years of Hospital (Healthcare) experience is a must.

- Total of 10+ Years Experience is required.

- Only Qualified Chartered Accounts (CA) should Apply.

Key responsibilities of the Role :

- Lead, Guide and Develop a Professional Finance & Accounts team in MIS Reporting, Regulatory Reporting (including Consolidation), Investment Back Office, Taxation and Financial Transaction Processing, and Insurance accounting.

- Responsible for leading General Ledger Accounting team to maintain timely and accurate accounts including Accounting as per Ind AS/ IFRS.

- Responsible for F&A Regulatory Reporting, Consolidation, Management Reporting and Cash flow projections to enable decision making

- Identifying areas for cost optimization and taking initiatives for cost optimization

- Responsible for Accounting function to ensure team delivers within agreed TAT with focus on customer service and operational controls

- Responsible for Automation of Payables Management of Employee Claims and Vendor Payments to create a seamless experience for internal and external customers

- Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and coordinating for resolution of Internal Audit observations with complete coordination for timely finalization of accounts

- Responsible for overseeing the treasury operations, including front-ending discussion on investments and borrowings with banks

- Responsible for understanding of exposures requiring insurance, assessment of policy requirements, Insurance negotiations and conclusion

- Responsible for Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCFR) in line with regulations

- Responsible for all Direct & Indirect Taxation matters and coordination with Tax Consultants and interaction with tax authorities

- Establish and regularly review policies and procedures to ensure sound controls around financial transaction processing and reporting with clear focus on implementing best practices in Finance & Accounts
