Finance Controller - Healthcare - CA

Background of the Position :

- Seeking for agile finance professional for controllership profile who can work as business enabler through business partnership and controllership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Financial planning & analysis to partner business growth while aligning with cross functional and business leadership

- Develop the Finance function to implement and drive process improvement within the business

- Manage financial reporting processes, providing accurate and meaningful data in a timely manner as per the global and country specific needs

- To manage regulatory requirements in terms of ensuring IGAAP, Internal Audits, Cost and Corporate Group Audits. Maintaining accounting records, fillings various returns as per the requisite requirements.

- Ensuring integrity and quality of accounting processes across organization through implementation and enforcement of standard policies and procedures and automated workflows.

- To coordinate and structure the audit planning and team structuring for statutory audit by Big4 as per IGAAP and ensuring the entire regulatory/ accounting standards requirement to eradicate the audit issues.

- Should have experience of setting robust system and processes in a matrix organisation

- Experience of SAP and ERP Implementation

- Experience of Business intelligence tools. CRM and related technological implementations

- Should have experience of handling direct tax, indirect tax (GST, customs etc.) and global transfer pricing

- Proactively develop solutions to legacy issues and should be hands on to execute on ground

Professional Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of relevant experience in accounting management, reporting & closing, financial planning & analysis with multinational company in India

- Business Acumen about the industry and decisiveness

- Self-motivated and action oriented

- Should be aspiring to develop and attain leadership position in near to long term future
