Finance Controller - German healthcare multinational

The company:

The organization is a highly reputed health care multinational established almost a century ago. With global revenues of almost 500 m Euro and sales across 140 countries, the company is a leader in its segment in the country and has aggressive growth plans for India. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, with a dotted line functional relationship to the CFO - Asia Pacific. This a role where one can influence the future of the business and could be an entry point towards a career in a general management function.

The role:

- This is a leadership role in Finance in India and you will monitor profitability of the business, control capital expenditure and working capital within budgets, provide contingency plans for budget deviations and oversee the accounting function too.

- You will also work closely with sales to establish pricing structures for different business divisions.

- Responsibility for business support functions such as logistics and information technology of the company will be part of the role.

- This will include providing leadership to finance, logistics and IT teams as well as managing performance and resources allocation.

Reports to:India Managing Director and CFO-Asia Pacific
