Finance Controller Head - IT - CA

- Accurate and timely monthly financial close including accounting, tax, and government compliance for GCoE customers

- Overseeing all entity incorporation, bank relationships, accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements

- Ensuring Smooth payroll process and employee reimbursements

- Compliances GST, PF, PT, Return filings, Labour Law Compliances, and Secretarial Compliances

- Corporate Advance Tax and Returns

- Treasury management, and cash flow management

- Coordination of all Audit Activities

- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and India GAAP

- Proactively monitor and operate a robust internal control environment in compliance

- Responsible for all tax and legal compliance and reporting for the entity

- Manage internal and external audits when they occur

- Support on adhoc requests of clients with respect to F&A activities including tax planning and support for employees

- Preparing of financial modeller, project analysis for prospective clients

- All other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must have skillsets and personal attribute:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate financial results, accounting policies and procedures in laymans terms

- Proven ability to communicate with and influence decisions of VP/CXO level leaders

- Experience in all the items mentioned in the primary responsibilities

- Strong inter-personal skills and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment, adapts easily to change

- Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting

- A keen focus on automation

- Strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP

- Strong Excel and NetSuite skills a plus

- Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to lead teams
