To support their aggressive growth plans, they are looking for a dynamic finance controller based out of their office in Mumbai (Andheri).  Job Description :  Reporting to the promoter, you will be responsible for :  - Preparing & Consolidating financial statements as per Companies Act / Finalisation of Accounts  - Supervising the accounting processes and internal controls  - Supervising business units at an entity level with respect to overall financial controllership  - Co-ordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth execution  - Managing taxation issues - both Direct and Indirect in consultation with Group Level Taxation team  - Driving compliance to ensure 100% adherence to norms internally as well as externally  - MIS & Reporting responsibility in conjunction with dedicated resource  - Handling of investor relations Data and MIS compilation to advise on key decision making  The Successful Applicant :  - Ideally you are a Finance professional (CA or MBA) with 6-10 years of experience . Candidates working in distribution heavy /retail/restaurant setups would be preferred. You are very hands on and can work in an environment where processes and systems are to be set and streamlined.
