Job Description

You would be reporting to the COO. The role of Financial Controller is crucial to the business and a brief overview of your responsibilities would involve:

- Anchoring Strategic Acquisition of companie(s) which includes Due Diligence, Compliances and Asset Acquisition, title/licenses transfers and set up of new systems

- Preparation & finalization of Annual Budgets, Business Plans & Strategy Planning Preparation of MIS (Flash Reports, Cash Flows, Business Report) & adhoc reports

- Setting up Category/Product Wise and overall margins for business and regular monitoring

- Handling Finance & Accounts of the Company as per Group Accounting Practices and as per IGAAP Managing Risk Limits for various BU (Credit Risk, Counter Party Risk, Stock Risk and Basis Risk)

- Relationship management with various Govt. agencies like Tax Authorities, Customs, Immigration, Ministry, Investment Promotion Council, Central Bank & normal Banking relationships

The Successful Applicant

- You are a Chartered Accountant with 6 plus years experience and are currently working as a Project controller/Financial Controller and have strong exposure with leading MNC FMCG or Retail companies.You have worked on projects of more than 100Cr and are confident in leading a business financially and be responsible for the growth of the company.

- A proven track record across financial accounting (IGAAP) experience and ideally a few years managing and supporting the business. You are a confident and effective team player who is able to command respect and effectively communicate with management and peers.
